We only accept high resolution PDF files.

You will receive a phone call or email from one of our team members reporting the non-compliance issue. Once the file is updated to the correct format, the order will be processed.
Q7) What is the cost to have a product designed for me?
€45 per hour.
Q8) What happens if I upload the wrong file?
As soon as you discover the wrong file has been uploaded, contact us by email ([email protected]) or phone (01-4018630) and we will try to resolve the issue unless the product has already been sent to production.
Q1) What size artwork should I upload?
The dimensions of each product are stated on the corresponding product page. The artwork provided must match the product dimensions stated.
Q2) Where do I upload my artwork?
Select the attributes required for your product then click the “upload artwork” button.
Q3) How do I know my product has been shipped?
Emails are sent to the customer when the product is dispatched for delivery.
